On August 22, 1995 the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of San <br /> Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to change the name of HUTCHISON <br /> Street to Rio Vista Street at its intersection with Haynes Street and extending to its <br /> intersection with IH-35 North. <br /> 2. Subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the Planning Commission did, <br /> on August 22, 1995, approve the request and has recommended that the request be <br /> approved by the City Council of the City. <br /> 3. The City Council held a public hearing on 13th the day of November , <br /> 1995 regarding the request. . <br /> 4. All requirements of Chapter 25 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San <br /> Marcos pertaining to street name changes have been met. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the street name for HUTCHISON Street from its intersection with <br /> Haynes Street and extending to its intersection with IH-35 North is changed to Rio Vista <br /> Street. <br /> SECTION 2.
