<br /> Recitals:
<br /> 1, The Texas Department of Transportation (the "Department") on behalf of

<br /> """," --;:.¡. ...~-..",¡'. "."""'" traffic safety program mandated by Title 23, Section 402 of the United States Code.

<br /> , " : C'" 'O..~, 2. The Department administers these funds along with other funding sources

<br /> reimbursements for FY 1996 is approved,
