<br /> 125 <br /> RESOLUTION 1995- 221R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AMENDED SUPPLEMENTARY <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND BELL AND HOWELL FOR <br /> THE ACQUISITION OF A DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO INITIAL, THE <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The City Council approved agreements with the Bell & Howell Company ("Bell <br /> & Howell") on August 14, 1995 in connection with the acquisition of a document <br /> management system, <br /> 2, Bell & Howell has requested certain revisions to the Supplementary <br /> Agreement previously approved by the City Council. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> .. <br /> PART 1, That the Amended Supplementary Agreement attached to this Resolution <br /> regarding this acquisition from Bell & Howell is approved, <br /> PART 2, That the City Manager, Larry D, Gilley, is authorized to initial the Amended <br /> Supplementary Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3, That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from and <br /> after its passage. <br /> ADOPTED this the 11th day of December ,1995, <br /> \ ~ fV\. fvlmÄA <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: 4. ~h' ~ <br /> v¡øi'~ . ~Yý)U . <br /> .funis K.
