<br /> - <br /> f1olf:t <br /> EXHIBIT C <br /> ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> Additi onal services are those services not included in the basic services as <br /> described in Exhibit B which may be provided by the Construction Manager if so <br /> authorized by the City of San Marcos. Certain additional services are identified <br /> in Exhibit B as they relate to the basic services described therein. Other <br /> additional services include but are not limited to those listed below: <br /> A. Field layouts or the furnishing of construction line and grade. <br /> B. Making property, boundary and right-of-way surveys, preparation of easement <br /> and deed descriptions, including titl e search and examination of deed <br /> records. <br /> C. Investigations involving detailed consideration of operations, maintenance <br /> and overhead expenses, and the preparation of rate schedules, earnings, and <br /> expense statements, feasibility studies, appraisals, evaluations, assessment <br /> schedules and materials audits or inventories required for certification of <br /> force account construction performed by the Owner. <br /> D. Preparing applications and supporting documents for govern~ent grants, loans, <br /> or planning advances and providing data for detailed applications other than <br /> those described in Exhibit B. <br /> E. Providing shop, mi 11, field, or laboratory inspections of materials and <br /> equipment. <br /> F. Preparing any required Operation and Maintenance Manuals or conducting <br /> operator training other than those described in Exhibit B. <br /> G. Appearing before regulatory agencies or' courts as an expert witness in any <br /> litigation with third parties or condemnation proceedings arising from the <br /> development or construction of the Project, including the preparation of <br /> engineering data and reports for assistance to Owner. <br /> H. Performing extensive, non-routine investigations, studies and analyses of <br /> work proposed by construction contractors to correct defective work. <br /> 1.
