<br /> 15 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- :i R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />OF A LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br />CHEMCOMM, INC. TO EXTEND THE TERM OF A CONTRACT FOR <br />THE PROVISION OF SODIUM BISULFITE¡ AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br /> l. On March 15, 1993, the City of San Marcos <br />entered into a contract with Chemcomm, Inc. for the provision <br />of sodium bisulfite. <br /> 2. Both parties agree to an extension of the <br />original contract for an additional year. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART l. That a Letter Agreement between the City <br />of San Marcos and Chemcomm, Inc. to extend the term of a <br />contract for the provision of sodium bisulfite, a copy .of <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br />intents and purposes, is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, <br />is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
