I V3# Mutschlechner 5.5 acre tract, with fence, S 27° 28' W. 714.59 feet to an iron stake set for the West corner-of the tract herein described; THENCE leaving fence, S 70° 32' E 832.35 feet to an iron stake set in the curving Northwest line of a County Road (River Road), same being a Southeast line of the said Breihan "Tract One," for the South corner of 'the tract herein described; THENCE, with the curving Northwest line of the said County Road, same being a Southeast line of the said Breihan "Tract one," an arc distance of 38.87 feet said curve having a radius of 334.45 feet and a chord which bears N 30°36' E 38.85 feet to an iron stake found at point of tangency; THENCE, continuing with the Northwest line of the said County Road, same being a Southeast line of the said Breihan "Tract One," N 33° 56' E 113.50 feet to a 60d nail found at base of corner fence post for a Southerly East corner of the tract herein described, same being a South corner of that tract of 0.5 acres of land conveyed to Emil Wisian, et ux by Lonie G. Schawe, widow, et aI, by deed dated March 31,1962, and recorded in Volume 190, page 452, Hays County Deed Records; THENCE, leaving the said County Road and Southeast line of the said Breihan "Tract One" with fence and a Northeast line of the said Breihan "Tract One," same being a Southwest line of the said Wisian 0.5 acre tract N 47° 02" W 208.65 feet to a 60d nail found at base of corner fence post for a re-entrant corner of the tract herein described; THENCE with fence and a No~thwest line of the said Wisian 0.5 acre tract, same being a Southeast line of the said Breihan "Tract One", N 33° 48' E, at approximately 104.52 feet passing fence post at a North corner of the said Wisian 0.5 acre tract, same being a West corner of the aforementioned Miranda 0.5 acre tract, and continuing on in all 208.84 feet to the place of beginning, containing 9.42 acres of land. Surveyed May, 1975. SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and provided that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on February 14, 199~t shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the city of San Marcos, Texas. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of January, 1994, subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for February 14, 1994 .
