The notice must contain the current rates, the date <br />those rates were instituted, and any other information required in the application. <br /> <br />The Commission may require the applicant to deliver notice to other affected persons or agencies. <br /> <br />Do not publish or send copies of the proposed notices to anyone at <br />the time you submit the application to the commission, wait until <br />you receive written authorization to do so.
