<br /> Easement, for the most Southerly Southeast corner of the

<br /> said Jackson 2.19 acre tract, and being on the North line

<br /> THENCE, leaving the said Hoffman Sons 0.649 acre tract,
<br /> with the North line of the said Grove Street, the South
<br /> line of the said 30 foot wide Road Easement, S 81° 15' W,
<br /> 33.75 feet to the Southwest corner of the said 30 foot
<br /> wide Road Easement, for the Southwest corner of the tract
<br /> herein described, same being at the East corner of that
<br /> 0.718 acre tract of land conveyed to William z.
<br /> Fitzgerald, Trustee, by Randall Morris by deed of trust
<br /> dated January 30, 1981, and recorded in Volume 263, Page
<br /> 582, Hays County Deed of Trust Records;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said Grove Street, with the Northeast
<br /> line of the said Fitzgerald 0.718 acre tract, N 36° 00'
<br /> 29" W, at 73.44 feet passing the West corner of the said
<br /> 30 foot wide Road Easement, and continuing on, in all,
<br /> 182.68 feet to the north corner of the said Fitzgerald
<br /> 0.718 acre tract, for the West corner of the tract herein
<br /> described, same being on the Northwest line of the said
<br /> Jackson 2.19 acre tract, the Southeast line of the
<br /> aforementioned M.K.& T Railroad;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said Fitzgerald 0.718 acre tract,
<br /> with the Southeast line of the said M.K.&T Railroad, N
<br /> 53°00' E, 334.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
<br /> containing 0.82 acres of land, more or less. Field notes
<br /> prepared May, 1982 from Public Records.
<br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10)
<br /> days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to
<br /> reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting
<br /> following its passage, and provided that the Council did not vote
<br /> to reconsider it. If reconsidered on February 14, 1994it shall be
<br /> in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if
<br /> approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not
<br /> reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of
<br /> general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the
<br /> City of San Marcos, Texas.
<br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this24th day of January, 1994,
<br /> subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Councl1 meeting
<br /> scheduled for February 14, 1994 .
