The purpose of pruning is to <br />establish a form appropriate for the species. Upright <br />shade trees will be pruned to establish a dominant <br />trunk with adequately spaced lateral branches. <br />Multiple trunks may be encouraged on some <br />small-statured species. The TFS representative will <br />evaluate the condition of the trees and require <br />additional pruning when necessary. <br /> <br />Article 4.
