5'5'£ 4. SITE PREPARATION - . THE CITY shall. at its own expense, prepare the site(s) to house the Equipment in accordance with the installation specifications which DYNIX shall supply to THE CITY no less than ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled installation date for the System. Site preparation shall be completed by THE CITY no less than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled delivery date for the Equipment. Upon completion of the site(s), THE CITY shall notify DYNIX (by confinned telefacsimile) that the site is completed and ready for inspection. Prior to commencing installation during the installation trip, DYNIX shall inspect the computer site: and provide a written report certifying compliance with the requests or indicating any deficiencies in the Site:. Any changes or modifications to the preparation of the site resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous specifications provided by DYNIX which result in added costs for correction or expansion of the -. site will be the responsibility of DYNIX and will be provided at DYNIX's expense. THE CITY acknowledges that DYNIX must carefully coordinate the schedules, its people, and other resources to successfully m~t the installation of its clients. THE CITY further acknowledges that significant delays in the schedule adversely affect DYNIX and may cause unrecoverable costs and expenses. 5. TRANSPORT A nON A~1) INST ALLA TION OF EQUIPME/'Iiï A. TRA:-ISPORTA TION 1. Upon written notitication by THE CITY that the site(s) have been or shall, by a specified date, be prepared for installation, DYNIX shall place the order and arrange for transportation of Equipment to the site(s). 2. Shipments by the parties to and from the installation site(s) shall be rtmde by commercial carrier and/or by vehicle properly constructed for shipment of electronic and computer Equipment. 3. All computer room Equipment shall be delivered as "inside deliveries" to the installation site of 625 East Hopkins Street. San Marcos. TX 78666. -+. Equipment shall ~ preserved. packed and marked in accordance with standard shipping practices. 5. THE CITY shall receive all shipments from vendor and care for the same in a prudent manner until vendor arranges for its installation. B. INST ALLA TION 1. DYNIX shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, and other services listed on Rider D, Schedule 3 required to accomplish installation at the sites specified in Rider 0, Schedule 3. Installation shall ~ performed during nonnal business hours, which are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST and THE CITY shall make all the necessary arrangements to allow DYNIX personnel suftÏcient work space and access to the installation locations during normal business hours or at such other times as may be mutually agreed upon. 2.
