(TDLR) concerning the elimination of architectural barriers encountered by persons with disabilities <br />as specified in TEX. REV.CIV.STAT. ANN. Art.9102 and the rules promulgated thereunder. The <br />plans and specifications shall be sent to the TDLR, Architectural Barriers Division, P.O. Box <br />12157, Austin, Texas 7'8711. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />For projects involving the construction of a new building or the alteration or enlargement of an <br />existing buiIding, Contractor and/or Company shall ensure the that plans and specifications have <br />been sealed, signed, and dated by a duIy registered Texas architect, unless the Architects' <br />Registration Law (Ar[icle 249a of Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes) specifically provides that the <br />project's plans and specifications may be prepared by a non-architect.
