That the city Council of the city shall, on or before March 7,1994, by resolution duly adopted, appoint presiding judges and alternate judges to serve in this election at the polling places for the respective precincts set forth hereinabove, and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold the election in the respective precincts set forth hereinabove, and any vacancies occurring after the appointment of judges and alternate judges may be filled by subsequent resolution(s) of the city council. SECTION 5. That each presiding judge may appoint up to two (2) clerks, and with the permission of the city Secretary, additional clerks, to serve for each precinct in this election. ~ SECTION 6. That precincts numbered 111, 112, 113, 114, 116, 120, 330, 334, 336, 445, 446, and 451 shall be polling places for the joint general and special election of the city and the School District. SECTION 7. That precincts named Martindale and Staples, and numbered 110, 121, 225, 315, 331, 335, 337 and 447 shall be polling places for the School District general election. SECTION 8. That the general and special election shall be conducted jointly with the School District Board of Trustees Election pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Joint Election Agreement. SECTION 9. That Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for early voting for the city. SECTION 10. That Danny Bazan shall be the clerk for early voting for the School District. SECTION 11. That the main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the city election is city Hall, 630 East Hopkins street in the city, and temporary branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the City election is the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive. The main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the School District election is the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive in the city, and the temporary branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the School District election is city Hall, 630 East Hopkins street in the city. Early voting by personal appearance shall be conducted during normal working days in the city Hall and the School Administration Building from April 18, 1994 through May 3, 1994, and the hours for early voting shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Temporary branch early polling places for early voting by personal appearance for the city and School District election are established at the following locations, with voting to be conducted at the dates and times indicated: Location Date Time SWTSU April 27 & April 28 8: 00 a. m. to 5: 00 p. m.
