Earlv Votin!!: Polling- Places. <br /> The Main Early Voting Polling Place, the Temporary Branch Early Voting Polling Places, and the <br /> address for early voting by mail for said election shall be and are hereby designated and established as set <br /> forth in Exhibit A hereto. <br /> Section 5. Votill!l Hours. <br /> (a) On election day the polls shall be open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. <br /> (b) The dates and hours for early voting by personal appearance at the Main Early Voting <br /> Polling Place and at the respective Temporary Branch Early Voting Polling Places shall be as set forth in <br /> Exhibit A hereto. <br /> Section 6. Electronic Voting: System. <br /> An electronic voting system, as defined in Tex. Elec. Code Ann. Title 8, shall be used in said <br /> election. Said system shall be used for all early voting, as well as for all precinct voting conducted on <br /> election day. Sufficient voting equipment to accommodate the voters shall be provided for early voting <br /> and at each of the polling places on election day. The Central Counting Station is established as the <br /> Conference Room, San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas. <br /> Section 7. Election Officers. <br /> ~ <br /> The election officers of the City's general and special election to be held on the date of and in <br /> conjunction with the election ordered by this Ordinance shall also serve as the officers of the election <br /> ordered hereby. <br /> Section 8. Ballot Cards and Ballot Labels. <br /> Ballot cards and ballot labels shall be prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of <br /> V.T.C.A. Election Code so as to permit the electors to vote "FOR" or "AGAINST" the aforesaid <br /> proposition, which shall be set forth in substantially the following form: <br /> PROPOSITION <br /> THE ISSUANCE OF $5,300,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR <br /> COMMUNITY ACTIVITY CENTER <br /> Section 9. Persons Oualified to Vote. <br /> All resident qualified electors of said City shall be pennitted to vote at said election. <br /> Section 10. Bilin!!Ual Election Materials. <br /> The election materials enumerated in Tex. E1ec.
