AND KBS ELECTRIC <br /> DISTRIBUTORS 1 INC.; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF <br /> THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS 1 TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That award of a contract for the purchase <br /> of transformers to Techline, Inc. for IFB-94-0201 Items 1/3/4 <br /> and 5 in an estimated annual amount of $22/550.00 is <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. That award of a contract for the purchase <br /> of transformers to KBS Electric Distributors 1 Inc. for <br /> IFB-94-020, Item 2 in an estimated annual amount of <br /> $15/440.00 is approved. <br /> PART 3. That the Purchasing Manager 1 Cheryl <br /> Pantermuehl, is hereby authorized to execute appropriate <br /> contract documents on behalf of the City. . <br /> PART 4.
