<br /> 99c, <br /> SECTION 6. Joint returns of the elections will be provided by the Central Counting Station <br /> to the Mayor, School Board President, City Secretary and School District Assistant Superintendent for <br /> Business following the tabulation. The Mayor of the City and the City Secretary will maintain custody <br /> of the returns until the completion of the election canvass by the City Council, after which City will <br /> deliver the original returns to the School District Office for the election canvass by the School Board of <br /> Trustees. School agrees to return the original returns to the City after completion of the election canvass. <br /> City agrees to maintain custody of the election returns upon delivery by the School for a minimum period <br /> of sixty (60) days following the date of the election. <br /> City also agrees to furnish School with the original records, upon request by the School, in the <br /> event they are required for any court proceedings in which the School may be a party. <br /> SECTION 7. To facilitate the administration of the election, and as a convenience to the <br /> voters, during the early voting period of Monday, April 18, 1994 through Tuesday, May 3, 1994, City <br /> agrees to designate the School District Office, 501 South LB.J. Drive, as Tempor~ry Branch Early <br /> Voting Place for the City and School agrees to designate City Hal!, 630 E. Hopkins, Office, as <br /> Temporary Branch Early Voting Place for the School. <br /> City and School further agree to maintain Temporary Branch Absentee Polling Places for each <br /> other in accordance with Section 85.062, Election Code, V.T.C.A. <br /> SECTION 8. On Election day, all forms used in the conduct of the election, including but <br /> not limited to the poll list, signature roster, ballot registers, expense accounts, and all oaths and <br /> certificates will be used jointly by the two agencies. All forms will be returned to the City Secretary who <br /> shall keep them in her custody for a minimum period of Sixty (60) days following the date of the <br /> election. City agrees to furnish School copies of any election documents, upon School's request, at no <br /> charge to School. <br />
