<br /> I 103 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994 36 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, EXTENDING THE TIME FOR <br /> RELOCATION OF A SURPLUS CITY BUILDING; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The City is the owner of a wood frame build~ng ,(the <br /> "Building") that was previously a part of the Dunbar School. <br /> 2. The city has previously agreed to donate the Building to the <br /> Texas Hill Country Branch of the National Association for the <br /> Advancement of Colored People (the "NAACP"). <br /> 3. The city desires to extend the time for its relocation of the <br /> Building to the Dunbar neighborhood from 30 to 120 days. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the city agrees to relocate the Building by May <br /> 24, 1994 to a site selected by the NAACP in the Dunbar neighborhood <br /> area of the city. . <br /> PART 2.
