("Pedernales Electric"), a corporation organized under <br /> <br />the Texas Electric Cooperative Corporation Act, Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann. art. 1528b, and subject <br />to the jurisdiction of the City of San Marcos, Texas, ("City") under the Public Utility Regulatory <br />Act ("PURA"), Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann. art. 1446c, respectfully submits this Petition for <br />Authority to Change Rates. The proposed changes are applicable to all areas to which Pedernales <br /> <br />Electric provides electric utility service and to all classes and customers of Pedernales Electric. <br />Pedernales Electric proposes to place all changes into effect April 9, 1994, which is thirty-five <br />days or more after the date of the filing of the Statement of Intent with the City.
