121 0 STATEMENT OF INTENT TO THE GOVERNING BODIES OF THE INCORPORATED MUNICIPALITIES OF: BERTRAM, BLANCO, BRIARCLIFF,BUDA, CEDAR PARK, COTTONWOOD SHORES, CREEDMOOR, DRIPPING SPRINGS, FAIR OAKS RANCH, GRANITE SHOALS, HAYS, JOHNSON CITY, JONESTOWN, KYLE, LAGO VISTA, VILLAGE OF LAKEWAY, LEANDER, MARBLE FALLS, MEADOWLAKES, MOUNTAIN CITY, MUSTANG RIDGE, NIEDERW ALD, ROUND MOUNTAIN, SAN LEANNA, SAN MARCOS, UHLAND, AND WOODCREEK. Pedemales Electric Cooperative, Inc. (t1pedemales Electric"), files this Statement ofIntent to change its rate 41riffs and schedules pursuant to the requirements of Section 43(a) of the Public Utility Regulatory Act ("PURA"), Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann. art. l446c. I. Pedemales Electric intends to change its rate schedules and service rules and regulations effective April 9, 1994, which is thirty-five days or more after the date'of the filing of this Statement of Intent. Incorporated by reference herein for all purposes is the rate filing package, which contains all proposed changes to the existing rate schedules and service rules and regulations and other pertinent information. II. The proposed changes are applicable to all areas to which Pedemales Electric provides electric utility service and to all classes and customers of Pedemales Electric. The proposed changes if approved will result in an increase of $10,222,344 or 8.8% over the adjusted test year revenues of Pedernales Electric based on a test year ending June 30, 1993. ill. Customer classification and rate applicability will be determined in accordance with the proposed rate schedules as shown in the revised tariff sheets. The changes in base rates for each class of service, the various service charges and fees, and Power Cost Recovery Factor are as set forth in the revised tariff sheets.
