The operating mechanism" should be disassembled, cleaned and <br />lubricated when one or more of the mechanical parameters are out <br />of the equipment manufacturer's tolerance. Record all as found <br />and as left measurements. <br /> <br />II. Install new control fuses in mechanism cabinet. <br /> <br />III. Verify continuity between the grounds on the circuit breaker and <br />the structures in the circuit breaker switching bay and a <br />structure not associated with the circuit breaker switching bay. <br /> <br />IV. Verify gas and/or oil condition and quality~ <br /> <br />V.
