Inspect transformer and associated hardware for damage or <br />excessive wear. Repair or replace as needed. <br /> <br />II. Eliminate oil leaks and paint transformers and associated <br />equ~pment if needed. <br /> <br />III. TTR high to low f,or all no load taps. <br /> <br />IV. Poewr factor tests. <br /> <br />V. Verify proper automatic operation of the ~orced cooling <br />equipment. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />VI-. Verify proper operation of the transformer alarms. <br /> <br />VII. Perform the following tests: <br />A. Color comparison. <br />B. Interfacial tension. <br />C. Dielectric breakdown. <br />D. Power factor. <br />E. Dissolved combustable gases test. <br /> <br />VIII. Inspect the bushings and clean if needed. <br /> <br />IX.
