<br />139 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1994- SIR <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />~mRCOS, TEXAS REAPPOINTING DR. CHARLES P. ANDERSON <br />AS THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY; APPROVING A LETTER <br />AGREEMENT ENGAGING DR. ANDERSON IN THIS CAPACITY; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That <br />reappointed as the <br />Marcos pursuant to <br />Code. <br /> <br />Charles P. Anderson, M.D. is <br />Local Health Authority of the City <br />Chapter 121 of the Texas Heal th and <br /> <br />hereby <br />of San <br />Safety <br /> <br />PART 2. That a letter agreement between the City and Dr. <br />Charles P. Anderson for services as the Local Health Authority, a <br />copy of which is attached to and incorporated in this Resolution <br />for all intents and purposes, is approved. <br /> <br />PART 3. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br />authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 4.
