<br />,-' <br /> <br />150 <br /> <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br />WASTEWATER MASTER PLAN <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos ("CITY") and Black & Veatch <br />("ENGINEER") do hereby agree to amend the Wastewater Master <br />Plan Engineering Services Agreement, dated October 12, 1993. <br /> <br />1. The parties agree to amend the Agreement to add <br />the provision of a biological evaluation of the San Marcos <br />River as additional services under Paragraph 3.2 of the <br />Agreement. The biological evaluation shall be performed by <br />the Engineer as specifed in the Scope of Services attached to <br />this Amendment No.2. <br /> <br />2. Payment for these additional services and related <br />reimbursable expenses shall be made to the Engineer in <br />accordance with Paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of the Agreement. The <br />total compensation to be paid to the Engineer for its <br />performance of these additional services and expenses shall <br />not exceed $35,000.00 without the written approval of the <br />City. <br /> <br />2.
