<br /> 30 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 64R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE <br /> CHIEF OF POLICE OF JOSEPH A. MIHATSCH, ADRIAN ORTIZ <br /> AND WILLIAM TOWERY AS MEMBERS OF THE CITY'S RESERVE <br /> POLICE FORCE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 21-16 of the San Marcos Code of <br /> Ordinances, the Chief of Police of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> has appointed certain persons as members of the police reserve <br /> force of the City. <br /> 2. The City Council finds that approval of these <br /> appointments is in the best interest of the public health, safety <br /> and welfare. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PA.,.~T 1. That the appointment by the Chief of Police of <br /> Joseph A, Mihatsch, Adrian Ortiz and William Towery as members of <br /> the City's police reserve force is approved. <br /> PART 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and <br /> effect from and after its passage.
