<br /> 43 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 69 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE DONATION OF AN FMC FIRE <br /> APPARATUS TO THE GUADALUPE COUNTY FIREFIGHTERS <br /> ASSOCIATION AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The City of San Marcos ("City") has in its <br /> possession an out-of-service 1982 FMC fire apparatus that is <br /> no longer of any use to the City. <br /> 2. The City wishes to donate the apparatus to the <br /> Guadalupe County Firefighters Association for use in its <br /> training facility located between San Marcos, New Braunfels <br /> and Seguin. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the donation of out-of-service 1982 FMC <br /> fire appartatus to the Guadalupe County Firefighters <br /> Association in return for the use of the training facility by <br /> City firefighters is approved. <br /> PART 2. That this Resolution shall be in. full force <br /> and effect from and after its passage. <br /> ADOPTED this 25thday of April , 1994. <br /> l~J~;).
