<br />l lfsCr <br /> -4 - <br /> (a) original clerk tickets kept for each transaction in each <br /> concurrent auction ring; <br /> The following reports in triplicate: <br /> (b) a complete list of registered bidders in bidder sequence with <br /> the bidder's full name, addressr telehone number and sales <br /> tax information; <br />-- (c) a complete list of all inventory sold in lot number sequence <br /> with buyer numberr CITyrs fixed asset numberr item <br /> description, serial number or VINr unit pricer total sale <br /> price and sales tax collected; <br /> (d) a complete list of all inventory sold in lot number sequence <br /> byentitYr department or cost center with buyer numberr item <br /> description unit price and total price; <br /> . ' <br /> (e) a summary report with total salesr commissions due and net <br /> amount due to the CITY and to each sub-entity such as <br /> department; and <br /> (f) a grand total for the auction detailing total salesr total <br /> sales tax due and collected and total commission due <br /> Auctioneer. . <br />1.14 APCTIONEER will inform bidders of the requirement that all items <br />must be paid for no later than one hour after the conclusion of the <br />Auction. AUCrIONEER shall attempt to resell sale items unclaimed <br />after the conclusion of the one hour payment period for a price that is <br />fair and reasonably approaches or exceeds the original bid price. <br />Items not sold will remain in the possession of the City for a future <br />sale or other disposition. AUCTIONEER will not receive any commission <br />or compensation for items which are not sold or for which payment is <br />not made by bidder. <br /> ARTICLE :2 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />2.1 Thirty (30) days prior to each auctionr the CITY will provide the <br />AUCTIONEER with a preliminary list of items to be sold prior to the <br />commencement of advertising by AUCTIONEER. A more detailed listing of <br />items will be provided by the CITY at least two (2) days prior to each <br />auction. The CITY reserves the right to add or delete items for sale <br />for any reason until the time of the actual sale. <br />2.2 The CITY will be responsible for transporting all movable CITY <br />property to the auction site beginning one (1) day prior to the date of <br />each auction. Non-movable items will be available for inspection prior <br />to the Auction. CITY will transport any unsold CITY property from the <br />auction site before the end of the day on which each auction takes <br />place. <br />2.3 The CITY shall bear all costs incident to this Article. <br />
