These funds will be used to construct a hanger that will be leased to the <br /> business and will result in the creation of 5 jobs for the community. This <br /> assistance will be made available through the Texas Capital Fund/Texas Com- <br /> munity Development Program upon execution and completion of contraCt terms. <br /> The contract is in the review process now and will be mailed to you soon. <br /> This commitment requires formal acceptance and response by the city and ST A <br /> within forty-five (45) days of the date of this commitment letter.
