<br /> 7:¡F <br /> 17. Insurance: <br /> a. The Lessee shalll at its own expensel purchase and maintain <br /> insurance to protect it from claims as set forth below which may <br /> arise under this Agreement: <br /> ( 1) Worker compensation insurance - statutory limits. <br /> ( 2) Comprehensive general liability insurance - $2501000/ <br /> $5001000/$1001000 or $5001000 combined single limit. <br /> b. The insurance coverage shall be written so that the Lessor will be <br /> notified in writingl in the event of cancellationl restrictive <br /> amendment or non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to such <br /> action. Certificates of Insurance shall be filed with the Lessor <br /> prior to Lessee's entry upon the leased premises and annually <br /> .¡ <br /> thereafter I and are subject to Lessor's prior approval. <br /> c. ALL INSURANCE COVERAGE REQUIRED HEREIN SHALL BE WRITTEN WITH THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AS CO-INSURED. The stated limits of <br /> <br /> insurance required herein are MINIMUM ONLY I and it shall be the <br /> <br /> Lessee's responsibility to determine what limits are adequate. <br /> These minimum limits may be basic policy limits to any combination <br /> of basic limits and umbrella limits. In any eventl the Lessee is <br /> fully responsible for all losses arising out oft resulting from or <br /> connected with operations under this Agreement whether or not the <br /> losses are covered by insurance. <br /> -7- <br />
