That the amendments to the City Charter referenced <br />in Proposition Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 1 0 --~ -, <br /> <br />having passed, such amendments shall take effect from and after the; <br />effective date of this ordinance, and the city Council and all <br />persons shall act in conformity with these sections as amended. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
