Hi ghway No. 3407 and the southwest .Line of the said State Bank and Trust Company 9.45 acre tract, and from which a concrete monument at the intersection of the said northeast line of F.M. Highway No. 3407, and the southeast 1 ine of Interstate Highway No. 35, and in the northwest line ox: ~he said State Bank and Trust Company 9.45 acre tract bears, N 36 49' 20" W, 171.91 feet; THENCE, 1 eav ing the said F.-M.
