The majority of the trail will be eight feet <br /> wide and surfaced with decomposed granite; 310 linear feet of trail will be raised to provide access to <br /> a wetland area. Construct one bridge, <br /> . <br /> For and in consideration of the mutual coven3l1ts and b.:nefits hereof. the Texas Parks 3l1d Wildlife Depar1ment (,"Department") and the <br /> "Sponsor- hereby contract with respect to the above described project as foUows: <br /> l. The Sponsor is obligated to adhere to all requirements established for the ~ational Recreational Trails Fund Including those set out <br /> In the Procedural Guidehnes, Grant Reimbursrn-¡ent Procedures.
