ARTICLE l3 BASIS OF COMPENSATION The City will compensate the CONSULTANT for the scope of services provided in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the CONSULTANT, and the other terms and conditions as follows: The total basic fee to be paid to the CONSULTANT for the Project is fixed in the amount of $89,390.00. l3.l BASIC COMPENSATION. l3.l.l Compensation to be paid to the CONSULTANT for Part A and Part B of the Project will be a fixed fee in the amount of $40,648.00. This amount includes subcontractor Consultants, but not reimbursable expenses or costs associated with resident inspection.
