SCHULL!: TO MARY ANNE I HOOD, TRUSTEE, DATED NOVEMBER 9, 1973 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 263, PAGE 522 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at an iron rod in a fence line for the southwest line of the Hood 116.94 acre tract, same being the south corner of that 21.26 acre tract (being a portion of the Hood 116.94 acre tract) described in a deed from Mary Anne Hood, Trustee, to TD-350 Investments dated January 12,1984 and recorded in Volume 413, Page 264 of the Hays County Real Property Records (said tract having been subsequently sold back to Mary Anne Hood, Trustee); THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING with southwest. line of the Hood 116.94 acre tract the following three courses: 1. N 47- 13' 03" W 214.21 feet to a fence post, 2. N 30- 25' 24" E 33.08 feet to a fence post, and 3. N 45- 01' 24. W 520.48 feet to point for the west corner of this tract, from which an iron rod for the west corner of the Hood tract in the southeast line of IH 35, bears. the following two courses: . 1.
