Swimming pools/ hot tubs and similar facilities: <br /> 1) Filling of existing facilities is prohibited. <br /> 2) Filling and makeup for new facilities are <br /> prohibited. <br /> 3) Makeup for existing facilities is permitted. <br /> 4) Draining is prohibited except onto pervious <br /> surfaces only. <br /> E. Aesthetic uses: Inside or outside use is prohibited <br /> except with reused water. <br /> F. Other outdoor uses: <br /> 1) Waste is prohibited. <br />
