Swimming pools/ hot tubs and similar facilities: <br /> 1) Filling or makeup of new or existing <br /> facilities is prohibited. <br /> 2) Draining is prohibited except onto pervious <br /> surfaces only. <br /> E. Aesthetic uses: Inside or outside use is prohibited <br /> except with reused water. <br />
