That award of an annual contract for <br /> microfilming services to Micrographic Supply Company located <br /> in San Antonio, Texas in the estimated amount of $3,564.00 is <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Purchasing Manager, Cheryl <br /> pantermuehl, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
