<br /> 137 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- lOOR <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> I MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE <br /> CHIEF OF POLICE OF MATTHEW HARMATUK AND WILLIAM <br /> TUCKER AS MEMBERS OF THE CITY'S RESERVE POLICE <br /> FORCE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 21-16 of the San Marcos Code of <br /> Ordinances, the Chief of Police of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> has appointed certain persons as members of the police reserve <br /> force of the City. <br /> 2. The City Council finds that approval of these <br /> appointments is in the best interest of the public health, safety <br /> and welfare. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the appointment by the Chief of Police of <br /> Matthew Harmatuk and William Tucker as members of the City's <br /> police reserve force is approved. <br /> PART 2.
