<br /> 160 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 107 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF AN AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY, HAYS COUNTY AND THE SAN MARCOS/HAYS COUNTY <br /> EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR THE PROVISION <br /> OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The city, Hays County, and San Marcos/Hays County <br /> Emergency Medical Services, Inc. entered into an agreement for the <br /> provision of emergency medical services on April 24, 1990. <br /> 2. The original agreement was amended to extend the term of <br /> the agreement until June 30, 1994. <br /> 3. The parties agree to an extension of the agreement until <br /> September 30, 1994. <br /> ~ <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement between the <br /> City, Hays County and San Marcos/Hays County Emergency Medical <br /> Services, Inc. for the provision of emergency medical services, a <br /> copy of which is attached to and incorporated in this Resolution <br /> for all intents and purposes, is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the city Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized <br /> to execute this amendment on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
