<br /> Zfrl <br /> Cd) Initial Bond Insertions. <br /> <br /> (i) The Initial Bond shall be in the form set forth in paragraph (a) of this Section, <br /> except that: <br /> A. immediately under the name of the Bond, the headings "INTEREST <br /> RATE" and" MATURITY D ATE" shall both be camp leted with the words" As <br /> Shown Below" and "CUSIP NO. " deleted; <br /> B, in the first paragraph: <br /> the words "on the Maturity Date specified above" shall be deleted and the <br /> following will be inserted: "on January 1 in the years, in the principal <br /> installments and bearing interest at the per annum rates set forth in the following <br /> schedule: <br /> Principal Interest <br /> Years Installments Rates <br /> (Information to be inserted from Section 3.02(b) hereof.) <br /> C. In the second paragraph of the Initial Bond, "initial" shall be inserted <br /> before "Paying Agent/Registrar" in the first sentence, "executing the registration <br /> certificate appearing hereon," shall be deleted and an ad~itional sentence shall be <br /> added to the paragraph as follows: "The initial Paying Agent/Registrar is Texas <br /> Commerce Bank National Association"; <br /> D. the Initial Bond shall be numbered T -1, <br /> (ii) The following Registration Certificate of Comptroller of Public Accounts shall <br /> appear on the Initial Bond in lieu of the Certificate of Paying Agent/Registrar: <br /> SA.
