<br /> 38 <br /> - <br /> RESOLUTION 1994 - 121 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE SALE OF <br /> PART OF LOT 7 BLOCK 7 OF D.S. COMBS ADDITION <br /> TO ERNEST AND ROSALINDA P. CONTRERAS; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br /> DEED; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. On June 13, 1994, the City Council approved the <br /> solicitation of bids for the sale of a parcel of real property <br /> identified at Lot 7 of Block 7 of D.S. Combs Addition, San Marcos, <br /> Texas. <br /> 2. The City has complied with the requirements of Section ~ <br /> 272.001 of-the Texas Local Government Code regarding the sale of <br /> property by a municipality. <br /> 3. On June 30, 1994, the City received a bid of $1,000.00 <br /> from Ernest and Rosalinda P. Contreras for the sale of the <br /> property described above. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI~Y OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the sale of the parcel of real property <br /> described above for $1,000.00 to Ernest and Rosalinda P. Contreras <br /> is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br /> authorized to execute a special warranty deed conveying to Ernest <br /> and Rosalinda P. Contreras the property described above. <br /> PART 3.
