Said 0.1932 of an acre (8,4t8 square feet) parcel being <br />more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows with all bearings and coordinates <br />based on the Texas State Plane Coordinate System~ NAD83~ 8outh Central Zone and adjusted to <br />surface using a combined surface adjustment factor of 1.00011638486: <br /> <br />COMMENCING for a point of reference at a 1/2-inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap <br />stamped "SURVCON, 1NC" set for the common front comer of Lot 7 Block 3 and of Lot 8 <br />Bleck 3 of said Falrlawn additien.
