In accordance with Section 8.16 of the city Charter of the <br /> City of San Marcos, Texas, the City Council declares that a public <br /> necessity exists which requires amendment of the City's 1993-94 <br /> budget. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the city Budget Ordinance for the 1993-1994 <br /> Fiscal Year is hereby amended as set forth in the attached Exhibit <br /> A, in order to provide funding for the Parker Drive Road and <br /> utility Extension Project. ~ <br /> SECTION 2. That these revisions and reappropriations which <br /> shall be the amended budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for <br /> the fiscal year 1993-1994, are hereby approved and adopted. <br /> SECTION 3.
