<br /> ~ . 68 <br /> <br />August 23, 1994 <br />Maintenance Management <br />216 North Street <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br />Attn: Mr. Gene Bagwell <br />Re: Extension of Cemetery Maintenance Contract <br />Dear Mr. Bagwell: <br />Please consider this letter an agreement between the City of <br />San Marcos'(IICityll) and Maintenance Management (IIContractorll) <br />to extend the current cemetery maintenance contract for an <br />additional period of one year, as provided in the original <br />contract which was effective October I, 1992. The renewal <br />period shall be from October I, 1994 to September 30, 1995. <br />As stipulated in Section 5(E) of the original contract, the <br />contract price for the renewal period will. reflect an <br />increase of 2.4% according to the Consumer Price Index for <br />urban wage earners and clerical workers as published by the <br />United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor <br />Statistics. <br />The Contractor agrees to maintain insurance for the duration <br />of the renewal period in compliance with the requirements of <br />the original contract and to submit current certificates as <br />requested by the City. <br />All remaining terms and conditions of the original contract <br />shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of <br />this agreement. <br />Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement by <br />counter-signing below. <br />City of San Marcos Maintenance Managem~ <br /> ( By' ~~ ~ <br /> Gene Bagwell, <br /> Owner <br />Date: 8/23/94 Date: ?~ ~¿ ~ C¡L/ <br />City Hall. 630 East Hopkins.
