<br /> ~ <br /> 98 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 11fi R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR HAULING <br />SERVICES TO THOMAS TRUCKING, INC.; AUTHORIZING THE <br />PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That award of an annual contract for <br />hauling services to Thomas Trucking, Inc. located in San <br />Marcos, Texas for $2.00 total price per ton.. for item #1 of <br />IFB 94-042 and $30.00 total price per hour for item #2 of IFB <br />94-042 is approved. <br /> .' <br /> PART 2. That the Purchasing Manager, Cheryl <br />pantermuehl, is hereby authorized to execute appropriate <br />contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
