<br /> IDJ{4 <br /> 1994, and continuing with the quarters beginning on January 1, 1995, <br /> April 1, 1995 and July 1, 1995. <br /> SECTION 6. Monitorinq of Performance: PHS agrees to allow the <br /> <br /> City, either directly or through its Human Services Advisory Board, <br /> to inspect, at City's request, and with advance notice to PHS, all <br /> pertinent records, files, information or other written material <br /> maintained by PHS or its subcontractors and related to the subject <br /> matter of this contract. Any failure by PHS to provide such records <br /> as requested by City in a timely manner may be deemed by the City to <br /> be breach of this contract by PHS. Notwithstanding the foregoing <br /> requirements of this Section, the City acknowledges the need for <br /> confidentiality of client records and agrees that information which <br /> personally identifies individual clients will not be sought or <br /> ~ <br /> required. <br /> SECTION 7. Sub-contracts: No part of this contract may be <br /> <br /> subcontracted to any other person, corporation, entity, organization <br /> or association without the prior written consent of the City to such <br /> sub-contractor and to the terms and conditions of any such <br /> sub-contract. <br /> SECTION 8. Political Activity: No portion of the funds <br /> <br /> received by PHS under this contract shall be used, directly or <br /> indirectly, for any political activity including any activity to <br /> further the election or defeat of any candidate for public office or <br /> any activity undertaken to influence the passage, defeat or final <br /> content of legislation. <br /> SECTION 9. Compliance With Laws: PHS agrees to comply with all <br /> <br /> applicable laws, ordinances, codes and regulations of the local, <br /> -2- <br />
