Resubmittals' will be approved only when the <br />resubmittal reflects fu~l compliance, with applicable accessibility standards. <br />Conditional approval. may be issued when it is determined that additional <br />submittals are not warranted. <br /> <br />(2) When unsolicited verification of design revisions are submitted, they will be <br />reviewed as time permits. <br /> <br />(3) 'Resubmittals ~ceived after completion of constrUction (based on the recorded <br />estimated completion date) may not be reviewed but will become a matter of <br />record. <br /> <br />68.62. Responsibilities of the Department - Inspections. (Effective June 1, 1994, 19 TexReg 3485) <br /> <br /> <br />(a) Inspections will. be performed during the normal working hours of the owner, <br />authority, or unit concerned. Any deviation from normal working hours shall be at <br />the convenience of the owner, authority, or unit concerned. <br /> <br />(b) The owner or designated agent must be present during the inspection. <br /> <br />(c) During each inspection, the inspector will make field notes which will become part <br />of the file maintained on each project and will be a source document in support of <br />any subsequent reports, notifications or other actions. <br /> <br />(d) The owner or designated agent will be advised of the results of each inspection. <br /> <br />68.63. Responsibilities of the Department - Corrective Modifications. (Effective June 1. 1994,19 <br />TexReg 3485) <br /> <br />When corrective modifications to achieve compliance are required, the owner or designated <br />agent will be furnished a list of deficiencies and given a deadline for completing <br />modifications. An extension may be grarited by the department if satisfactory evidence is <br />presented showing that the time period specified is inadequate to perform the necessary <br />corrections. Corrective modifications are subject to verification. <br /> <br />68.64. Responsibilities of the Department - Certificates and Approvals. (Effective June 1, 1994, <br />19 TexReg 3485) <br /> <br />(a) A Certificate of Substantial Compliance is issued to the owner or designated agent <br />by the department upon completion of a ~tisfactory inspection or other form of <br />verification deemed appropriate by the department, that subject building or facility <br />in its entirety is in substantial compliance with applicable standards. <br /> <br />Chapter 68.
