The Contract Provider shall review all applicable sets of construction <br />documents submitted and report results to the party making the submittal <br />within 30 days from receipt. A copy of the transmittal with worksheets, ,the <br />Project Registration Form, and the $25.00 filing fee shall be forwarded to <br />TDLR-Architectural Barriers, Post Office Box 12157, Austin, Texas 78711. <br /> <br />4. The Contract Provider shall follow-up when necessary to obtain verification <br />or evidence of design revisions or resubmittals to facilitate plan approvals <br />prior to commencement of construction. <br /> <br />5. The Contract Provider shall furnish courtesy copies of all subsequent <br />written correspondence pertaining to the plan review, including notification <br />of plan approval to TDLR as noted in item 3. <br /> <br />6. The Contract Provider shall make available to the Department all other <br />records pertaining to the plan review of a subject project upon request by the <br />Department. <br /> <br />7. At no time shall the Contract Provider infer or imply a variance of any <br />standard required for compliance with Article 9102, Texas Civil Statutes will <br />be granted. <br /> <br />ill. Effective Date of ,Contract <br /> <br />December <br />This contract is to begin :Wgwm~ 1, 1994 and shall remain in effect urJess terminated ill <br />accordance with Part VI of this contract. <br /> <br />IV. Compensation and Payment <br /> <br />For and in consideration of the delivery of the services to be provided, the Contract <br />Provider may charge and collect reasonable fees for plan review services. All fees charged <br />are subject to review by TDLR. The Contract Provider's work product will be periodically <br />reviewed on a random basis by representatives of the Department to assure compliance with <br />both the statute and this contract. <br /> <br />
