Parties <br /> <br />This agreement is entered into by the following parties: <br /> <br />The Department: <br /> <br />Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) <br />920 Colorado <br />P.O. Box 12157 <br />Austin, Texas 78711 <br /> <br />The Contract Provider: <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br />630 E. Hopkins <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br /> <br />The parties hereto have agreed, and by the execution hereof, are bound to the mutual <br />obligations and to the performance of the tasks hereinafter described. <br /> <br />II. Statement of Services <br /> <br /> <br />The parties agree that the Contract Provider, in consideration of the compensation <br />hereinafter described, will provide the following services: <br /> <br />1. Inspection of buildings and facilities covered by Section 2(a)(4) and (5) of <br />the Architectural Barriers Act, 9102 Texas Civil Statutes having an estimated <br />construction cost of $50,000 or more to determine compliance with applicable <br />sections of the Texas Accessibility Standards (T AS) which are constructed in <br />the Contract Provider's jurisdiction. <br /> <br />2. Complete necessary worksheet(s) as prescribed by the Department noting <br />acceptable and unacceptable conditions found during the inspection. <br />
