SYSTEMS, INC. <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br /> <br />This is an amendment to the Agreement for services between the City <br /> <br />of San Marcos ("Client") and Q. I. V. Systems, Inc. ("Q. I. V. ") dated <br /> <br />January 18, 1994 (the "Agreement"). <br /> <br />The Client and QIV aqree to amend the Aqreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. The last sentence in the introductory paraoranh of the <br />Aqreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />The term "System" in this Agreement refers to the <br />Municipal Court Computer System and related services <br />purchased by the Client from QIV and from Court <br />specialists, Inc. and International Business Machines <br />corporation. <br /> <br />2. Paraqraph G.1. (f) (1) of the Aqreement is amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(1) The System Storage capacity Examination- Test 3, <br />per section 8.04 of the RFP, as applied to the <br />Court Specialists, Inc. storage requirements. <br /> <br />3.
