<br /> 58 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 173 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF A LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND ADVANCED <br /> BUSINESS SYSTEMS, INC. TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE <br /> OFFICE SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR¡ <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br /> 1. On February 1, 1994 the City of San Marcos <br />entered into an annual contract with Advanced Business <br />Systemsr Inc. for office supplies. <br /> 2 - Both parties agree to an extension of the <br />original contract for an additional year. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That a letter agreement between the City <br />of San Marcos and Advanced Business Systems, Inc. to extend <br />the term of the office supply contract, a copy~of which is <br />attached to and and incorporated in this Resolution, is <br />approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is <br />authorized to execute the letter agreement on behalf of'the <br />City. <br /> PART 3.
