The existing 8" is further North in the easement than <br />is indicated and the lead to the existing FH would be in conflict with the 45 degree bend. The proposed solution <br />is to move the proposed 24" WL to the Southern edge of the easement which would avoid this conflict as well <br />as avoid the existing power pole at Sta 22 +44.71. The 24" WL would return to the proposed assignment at <br />22 +34.14.
